   This booklet was published in 2007 by Doug Lubahn, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Approximately 9" X 6", softcover 154 pages. We have no details but it seems to include some pages about Bob Dylan. Thank you to Jürgen Wasser for finding it on the Internet.
