   NOTE: Love Is Just A Four Letter Word, Sitting On A Barbed Wire Fence and Train a-Travelin', present in the Warner Bros. 1974 UK edition, have been replaced in the Amsco 1993 US edition by Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Leopard-skin Pill-box Hat and You Ain't Goin' Nowhere.
