flag uk * BOUND FOR GLORY, by Woody Guthrie

This book has an indirect but strong Dylan connection. Not about him but definitely a Dylan book, as this is the one that changed his life when he read it in September 1960: "I went through it from cover to cover like a hurricane, totally focused on every word, and the book sang out to me like the radio.... BOUND FOR GLORY is a hell of a book. It's huge. Almost too big" (Chronicles Volume One).
The first edition is now quite sought after and very expensive (at least $2500-$3000).
