THE FREEWHEELIN' BOB DYLAN promo (1963)

AMERICA'S MOST COMPELLING FOLK ARTIST
USA, 1963 flyer for BOB DYLAN and THE FREEEWHEELIN' BOB DYLAN. [0226]
In support of THE FREEWHEELIN' BOB DYLAN (released in 1963), Columbia records and manager Albert Grossman released several promotional items, including publicity photos and a small pamphlet.
Ian Woodward thinks that the item below is more likely from 1964, not 1963. He writes that he 'was told that Ken Pitt, Dylan's tour publicist in 1965, handed out a small 8-page brochure at the Sheffield concert on 30 April 1965. Dylan even signed a few before Grossman told Mr Pitt not to distribute any others. Ken Pitt might have given copies to the press in 1965'.
