'Music, Films, Literature, Politics'. Starting in 1999, this magazine is (was?) published by the rock magazine ROCKIN'ON.
The editor was Yoichi Shibuya (famous rock critic in Japan). The catchphrase is 'Reading the world through rock', and the tone is leftist. In recent years, there have been many articles focusing on anti-nuclear power.
It was a seasonal publication until issue 60 (released on June 30, 2014), but from issue 61 onwards it was published irregularly. It has not been published since issue 65 in March 2017.
Below: Vol 26, Winter 2006.
The bold letter in yellow reads 'The Ultimate 100 Rock Songs!', selected by the US ROLLING STONE Magazine. It also reads 'Bob Dylan Chronicles' on the cover (ボブ・ディラン自伝).
