Here is how Siren Idemen, its co-founder describes the bio of this magazine: "Appearing in January 1994 for the first time, the weekly EXPRESS is a review 'totally independent and totally committed' in the Sartrean sense of the term. Its publication stopped from 1997 to 2000.
When it resumed in 2001 as a monthly, its title would then be POSTEXPRESS. His emblem and motto will be borrowed from the album of Mano Solo, INTERNATIONAL SHALALA".
